Junior Girls Golf – help needed!

Our junior girls programme has grown and we Hampshire Ladies need your help.

Hampshire has a thriving Junior Section. We have a terrific start up programme. We work with Golf Professionals across the county and almost 200 girls have participated in golf lessons this season.  We are fortunate to have Kevin Flynn as our lead Professional. He was awarded PGA Coach of the Year in 2016. Kevin works with our Performance Squad who play for the Junior First Team.

Malcolm Scott leads our Academy Programme which has seen many girls take to the game and they all enjoy participating in fun and games.

We need more volunteer helpers in your area of the County to grow Ladies Golf.

We are looking for a County Junior Organiser to Chair a Junior Committee and sit on the executive.

We are looking for two new ladies to co ordinate our Academy Programme.

We have a Team Manager, Marc Dack, who deals with all matches.

Anne Chambers assist with emails, records and administrative support

If you are interested in finding out more about helping please contact any member of the HLCGA Executive. Or use the contact form on this website >>

The only requirement for working with our juniors is a DBS check, which the HLCGA will pay for, and an enthusiastic approach to youngsters.

If you are reading this and it does not apply to you, do you know someone in your club who may be interested? Please point it out to them.
